It completely replaces common products such as copper sulphate, activated carbon, copper citrate or chitosan and enables a natural, microplastic-free treatment.

It reduces volatile phenols (e.g. caused by Brettanomyces), eliminates thiol hops and reduces musty or smoky notes (“smoke taint”) – especially after stressed fermentations.

Yes, it is based exclusively on natural yeast derivatives and is free from microplastics or synthetic binders.

The dosage depends on the wine defect and intensity. Typically 20-40 g/hL in young wine or must. The product is mixed in evenly and sedimented after a few days.
