RePrise™ BIO offers a wide range of properties for use in winemaking, naturally in certified organic quality. RePrise™ BIO complies with Regulations (EC) No. 834/2007 and (EC) 889/2008 and, like all certified organic products from 2B FermControl, RePrise™ BIO is recognized as equivalent to the organic standards of Switzerland (Bio Suisse), the USA (USDA) and Canada (COR) and may be used in certified organic production in the respective countries.

RePrise™ BIO is a certified organic, inactive yeast with an antioxidant and regenerative effect. It is used to stabilize, refresh and improve the aroma of wines after alcoholic fermentation and for older wines.
The product effectively protects wine from oxidation, loss of color and premature aging. It stabilizes aromas and ensures more freshness and vibrancy – especially for stored or slightly oxidized wines.
Yes, RePrise™ BIO is fully certified organic according to EU regulations (EC No. 834/2007 and 889/2008) and is also compliant with Bio Suisse, USDA Organic and COR (Canada Organic Regime).
It can be used in all wine categories – white wine, rosé and red wine – both for ongoing wine care and for reactivating older wines.
The dosage depends on the type of wine and its condition. Typical applications are between 20 – 40 g/hL. It is mixed directly into the wine and then gently homogenized.
