MaloBacti™ CN1 is a freeze-dried starter culture for biological acid degradation (BSA).
The product offers maximum safety and efficiency at minimum cost. It is easy to use, requires no additional build-up cultures and no freezer (-50 °C).
A very high active cell count is achieved, enabling activation in just 6-8 hours.
Ideal for large wineries and winegrowers’ cooperatives that want to process high volumes with stable, homogeneous results.
A pack size of 25 hL is available. However, larger packaging units are also available on request.
