It optimizes the redox potential in the must and thus increases the aromatic stability and complexity of the wine. ViniTannin™ W improves the structure of the wine without having a bitter or astringent effect. It also increases the ageing potential of the wines. ViniTannin™ W helps to counteract the premature ageing of wines without an increased addition of S02.
