VitiFerm™ BIO yeasts are consistently organically produced, from selection to production, and therefore fully comply with EU Regulation 834/2007 and Implementing Regulation 889/2008. They are free from synthetic emulsifiers and stabilizers. It is therefore important to ensure that 2B yeasts are ACTIVATED and not rehydrated in order to function properly!
